KPI BOARDS
Our Visual Management KPI boards provide information at-a-glance about your current process performance which can include quantitative and qualitative data to help staff coordinate their daily work and monitor improvement projects. KPI boards reduce miscommunication and makes information more understandable whilst also improving productivity and decision making.
Each board can be customised to meet your requirements so that you can measure and track the performance indicators that are relevant to your operations whether these be productivity measures such as lead times, on-time deliveries, machine downtime, quality or safety issues. Our KPI boards are available in wall mount format or as mobile boards that can be wheeled to the relevant area where the process is happening. Boards can be supplied in a drywipe printed custom wrap or with drywipe magnetic overlays.

This board was produced for a medical device company to allow for use by all different divisions, be it quality, production, engineering, etc. Made with aluminium FlowTube and fitted with ESD castors, the customer was looking for a KPI board to cater to all needs.
The body of the board can be revolved 360°, while the wheels allow for efficient movement around the factory floor as well as ease of use for the operator. The board was ergonomically designed, with the intent to allow the operator to make the most efficient use of the trolleys’ footprint around the factory floor.
We can allow for the inclusion of accessories such as markers, timers and coloured indicators, as well as any other customisation needs a customer may have.

Shadow Boards
Our shadow boards will allow you to create a customised visual solutions which will help organise and control items to help increase efficiency within your process. Companies are increasingly viewing shadow boards as a component of their 5S lean manufacturing methodology. Essentially, it helps with the ‘Set in Order’ step. Everything is organized and has its place, from mobile equipment to tools. Whilst shadow boards are typically used for tools or to identify cleaning stations, they are also useful in QC testing areas, in workshops or work areas with dedicated tools, and for PPE. At ATC we work with you to create a customised solution that works to meet your requirements. Options include mobile stations and are built using Flowtube which means they can be repurposed or adapted if at some point they are no longer required.

This was a bespoke stainless steel board used to hold specialised calibration equipment. The shadow board, made for a high grade pharmaceutical company, can be used for visual management while also protecting the equipment it holds.

KATA Boards
We also provide KATA Boards and can fully customise to the customers requirements. KATA Boards offers a structure and a basis for employing Lean tools and processes in a way that improves and maintains their effectiveness.
We can use methods of Pareto analysis, 5 whys, Fishbone diagrams, Downtime indicators, Target per hour and defect counters to construct a KATA board.
