We recently received an order from a customer in the healthcare industry for a trolley that has the ability to lift heavy loads out of their warehouse. The solution we came up with was this Scissor Lift Trolley, a hydraulic lifting trolley that is fitted with a conveyor system for lifting and transporting the heavy objects.

The flexibility of the trolley allows the user to adjust it to the right height so that they can easily slide heavy objects into a van or onto a flow rack. The solution is also fitted with stainless steel rollers to further aid this process. The trolley can hold up to 300 kg and is fitted with an end stop that prevents the product/items from slipping off the rollers when in transit.
The trolley is also equipped with a handle and castor wheels. The wheels are lockable to prevent rolling during loading and unloading. As well as this, there is a foot pedal and hand controls to simplify work. Raise the work surface of the lift trolley by pumping the lifting gear using the foot pedal. Then lower it using the lever on the handle.
This sturdy and very easily-maneuvered lift trolley system is ideal for loading and unloading heavy items onto a bespoke flow rack or van.
